About This Product
Floormap®X is an MFL array tank floor inspection solution that utilizes the latest multi-technology. It offers unparalleled detection performance, including critical zones, and can successfully accommodate thick plates and coatings. Thanks to the patented STARS technology, top/bottom corrosion identification is also possible. It is extremely fast and can be used in either full floor mapping or Freescan™ mode. FloormapX increases efficiency when inspecting tank floors more than any other system.
FloormapX features high-precision active steering for fast, high-quality curved scans in critical zones, an interactive laser guide that makes it easy to correlate the physical location of tank floor defects with C-scan images, and on-board It offers innovative and unique features such as powerful lighting and SmartMAGNET™, which optimizes inspection performance depending on board thickness. Furthermore, it is possible to completely eliminate strong permanent magnets. These new features are designed as modular, easy-to-handle components for improved ergonomics, ease of storage and shipping, and safety during handling.
