About This Product
Acoustic vibration diagnostic equipment (AMADIS series) is a measurement diagnostic equipment for non-destructive testing using acoustic sensors (microphones). Developed in collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation as a tool that allows safe, easy, and highly accurate measurement and diagnosis.
■Characteristics of acoustic sensor
・Non-contact measurement possible
・In order to capture "sound", it is possible to intuitively and quantitatively evaluate devices that have been diagnosed using a stethoscope stick.
・In addition to equipment diagnosis, it can be used for a wide range of purposes such as noise diagnosis.
■Application fields of acoustic sensors
・Diagnosis of dynamic equipment status
・Detection of water leaks in piping, abnormal vibrations, etc.
・Confirmation of acoustic characteristics of target space such as hall
・Quantifying noise and recording trends
