About This Product

■Basic characteristics

・Material: Double structure radiation crosslinked polyolefin ・Shrinkage temperature: 110℃ or higher ・Shrinkage ratio: 3:1, 4:1 ・Longitudinal shrinkage rate: -15% (ASTM D2671) ・Continuous use temperature: -55 to 110℃

■Features

・High shrinkage rate (1/3 and 1/4) ・Ideal for drip-proof function ・Strong and flexible

■Applications

Ideal for waterproofing harness branches, connector back ends, and various electronic components, and is used for harness insulation and protection.

■Standards

UL224 Certification number (File No.) E85381, rated temperature 110℃, rated voltage 600V

■Physical properties

・Tensile strength 9.0M Pa (minimum) ・Elongation 300% (minimum) ・2% modulus 125M Pa (maximum) ・Heat aging resistance (150℃, 168 hours) No dripping, melting, or cracking ・Thermal shock (225℃, 4 hours) No dripping, melting, or cracking ・Low temperature properties (-55℃, 4 hours) No cracks

■Chemical properties

・Flame retardant (Type 1) 60s (maximum) (ASTM D2671) ・No corrosivity ・Water absorption 0.5% (maximum) ・Solution resistance (23℃, 24 hours) Tensile strength: 7M Pa (minimum) ・Hydraulic equipment hydraulic fluid (H-515, MIL-H-5606) Elongation: 300% (minimum)
