■Small and compact

The xiRay camera uses a sCMOS high pixel sensor coupled with a 5mm fiber optic plate or tapered fiber assay. It uses a phosper screen (scintillator) that is sensitive to X-rays of 5 to 150 keV. Ideal for inspection such as micro-tomography, medical applications, and manufacturing and other demanding high-speed, high-resolution applications. *Other product numbers are available.
