■sCMOS-UV camera equipped with GSENSE400-BSI

Ximea's UV series is ideal for near-UV applications from 200-400nm. Because the wavelength is short, even the slightest unevenness confuses the light, so it cannot be used with the naked eye (visible light) for fine defect inspections such as semiconductor pattern inspections, metal surface scratch inspections, and coating unevenness inspections of transparent resin. Useful for difficult-to-diagnose tests. This camera is not a sensor dedicated to the UV wavelength range, but is equipped with scientific CMOS. Ximea's sCMOS was developed for scientific research purposes and has extremely low noise and superior quantum efficiency (QE) compared to traditional CMOS cameras. It also has a wide dynamic range and can be applied to a wide range of research fields with high gradation of up to 16 bits.
