■UV camera equipped with Sony IMX487

Ximea's UV series is ideal for near-UV applications from 200-400nm. Because the wavelength is short, even the slightest unevenness confuses the light, so it cannot be used with the naked eye (visible light) for fine defect inspections such as semiconductor pattern inspections, metal surface scratch inspections, and coating unevenness inspections of transparent resin. Useful for difficult-to-diagnose tests.
