About This Product

■Summary Compliant with GigE Vision and GenICam standards and available with GigE, 10 GigE, (and 10GigE fiber in separate models) interfaces. The camera has TTL, RS422, HTL, D-HTL interface standards, and a complete encoder interface that can be configured for a variety of outputs. External devices with RS485 interface can also be optionally controlled. All I/O is electrically disconnected from the camera electronics. The field tested cooling concept of the MV4 housing allowed for sufficient camera housing cooling. ■Series features ・Global shutter equipped with CMOS sensor - Suitable for monochrome, low light and NIR sensitive applications ・Trigger operation also operates with low delay and low jitter. ・PFSDK application standard equipment ・LineFinder (FIR) or COG can be selected for peak detection ・Viewer function ・ROI setting ・Line profile detection with 1/16 sub-pixel resolution ・3D point cloud display - Compatible with third party apps ・Up to 10-bit grayscale resolution ・Windows, Linux OS compatible ・Compatible with board level and OEM solutions ・GigEVision interface ・10GigE model lineup ■Laser trigonometry: Principle of 3D optical cutting measurement Based on the principle of laser triangulation, a line laser is irradiated onto the subject, and the laser line on the image is detected as a line profile by the camera's FPGA using the FIR algorithm (for asymmetric profiles) or COG algorithm (center of gravity). It is possible to output 3D numerical data at over 10,000fps. The camera has the function of line position detection and calculation processing at 1/16 sub-pixel resolution (1/64 for the -3D07 model). In addition to outputting height profiles, point cloud processing data can also be output. It also has the ability to suppress artifacts and characterize surfaces. The camera is equipped with a GigE interface, allowing you to capture 3D profiles without a frame grabber and set up a cost-effective multi-camera system used for profile inspection.
