It is possible to output 3D numerical data at over 10,000fps. The camera has the function of line position detection and calculation processing at 1/16 sub-pixel resolution (1/64 for the -3D07 model). In addition to outputting height profiles, point cloud processing data can also be output. It also has the ability to suppress artifacts and characterize surfaces. The camera is equipped with a GigE interface, allowing you to capture 3D profiles without a frame grabber and set up a cost-effective multi-camera system used for profile inspection.
