■World's first. Transport drive using magnetic forceThe world's first Resveyor uses the principle of magnetic attraction and repulsion to rotate conveyor rollers. This has resulted in an extremely efficient drive with less loss than the conventional belt type.

■Advantages of line configurationThe innovative and clean principle of the Resveyor allows it to be used in any conveying environment in the manufacturing process. For example, it is ideal for transportation in clean rooms where air cleanliness is required and food manufacturing sites. Due to non-contact drive using strong magnetic force, there is extremely little wear and dust generation and low noise. ``Quiet and eco-friendly conveyance.'' The Lessveyor series truly meets the needs of our customers as a ``conveyor of the future.''

■Promoting carbon neutrality with the Resvea seriesCarbon neutrality is an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to virtually zero by subtracting the amount absorbed by forests and other sources from the amount of greenhouse gas emissions that would otherwise have been emitted. Compared to conventional conveyors, which transmit power through friction, magnet drives can transmit power without contact, resulting in extremely low transmission loss. For equivalent transport conditions, the motor capacity can be lowered. When converted into CO2 emissions, the difference is a whopping 55%.

The Resveya series is an environmentally friendly product that is kind to the earth and the factory environment, and supports the promotion of carbon neutrality at companies that have introduced it, as well as SDGs activities.

■World's first resveyor driveThe Resveyor is the world's first to rotate conveyor rollers using the principles of magnetic attraction and repulsion. This has resulted in extremely efficient drive with less loss compared to the conventional belt type.

■Maintenance freeAs shown in the diagram above, the transmission to the roller is non-contact with the Resveyor. As a result, there is no cutting, abrasion, or dust on round belts, flat belts, chains, etc., making it maintenance-free.

■Energy savingPower consumption is significantly reduced compared to round belt and flat belt transmission drives. Non-contact drive significantly reduces running costs due to consumables and power consumption.

■Super cleanTransmission to the rollers does not use belts, chains, gears, etc., and is non-contact driven, resulting in extremely low dust generation. Furthermore, with the optional clean tunnel etc., it can be used in a cleaner environment.
