Features

■Two drive units strongly clip

Realizes a powerful drive reminiscent of a bulldozer. The belt is sandwiched between two "drive units" and is firmly clipped by the strong magnetic attraction. Regardless of the condition of the slippery belt surface, it achieves powerful running that turns quickly.

■Achieves both high efficiency power with no loss and ease of use

"Surface contact" drive reduces the load on the belt and delivers highly efficient power with no loss. The simple structure prevents meandering and slipping, making it easy to attach and detach the belt.

■Advantages of line configuration

The curved type (GBC) uses three drive units and strong magnets to eliminate belt slack caused by water, powder, and oil. In addition, even with the same capacity motor, more powerful and stable corner conveyance is achieved.

■Pinch and turn, clip drive

Realizes a powerful drive reminiscent of a bulldozer. The belt is sandwiched between two "drive units" and is firmly clipped by the suction power of a powerful magnet. Achieves powerful and smooth running, regardless of the condition of the slippery belt surface. "Surface contact" drive reduces the load on the belt and delivers highly efficient power with no loss. ■More powerful and stable corner conveyance

Three drive units and strong magnet adsorption eliminate belt slack caused by water, powder, and oil. Furthermore, even with the same capacity motor, it achieves higher efficiency than conventional conveyors.

■Easy to remove belt

Even though three drive units are interlocked, the belt can be easily removed. Excellent cleaning and maintenance properties are unique to Maruyasu. Even with the clip drive system, operation is smooth.

■Steel and stainless steel specifications can be selected depending on the situation, realizing stable corner conveyance.

This machine is available in two types: a steel type and a stainless steel type that is resistant to rust and dirt. You can choose the most suitable type according to the items to be transported, line environment, and budget. Clipveyor (curve) specification points

■Equipped with lower cover as standard

For safety reasons, an easy-to-remove bottom cover is included as standard to prevent your hands from getting caught.

■Choose from two types of drive types

HS drive type for easy maintenance. UD drive type that can be used in a space-saving manner.
