■About premium polyurea
Premium polyurea is an innovative coating material. It can be used in any situation (concrete, roofs, chemical tanks, water surfaces, etc.) in seconds to minutes, expanding the range of construction applications. In addition, the strength that comes with its flexibility is such that it is used as an explosion-proof measure for military facilities. In addition to its strength, it has a long service life of 20 to 30 years, and it also offers overwhelming cost performance. It is easy to install, and is also environmentally friendly as it does not contain solvents.
Features of premium polyurea
■100% solid content, VOC free
Free of volatile organic compounds, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, sterile and non-contaminating. It is known as "green material, green technology".
■High reactivity and fast curing
Dry to the touch (varies depending on thickness and construction temperature) / Standard test room approximately 4 to 6 hours
Complete curing / standard test room approximately 36-48 hours
■Good low and high temperature stability
It can be used for long periods at -45℃~150℃ and can withstand short-term thermal shock at 350℃.
■High tensile strength
It has high flexibility, impact resistance, tear resistance, aging resistance, rolling resistance and can reach 25MPa.
■Excellent performance
High wear resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, super wear resistance and rolling resistance, aging resistance, excellent low temperature toughness (-35° continuous folding), etc.
■Excellent corrosion resistance
It is resistant to most corrosive media (acids, alkalis, salts, long-term immersion in seawater) and can be used for long periods in high-temperature concentrated alkaline conditions (NaOH 30%, temperature 90°C). The physical and chemical properties of polyurea remain qualitatively unchanged. It is an excellent sturdy anti-corrosion material.
■Good weather resistance and aging resistance
Aliphatic polyurea is not attacked by ultraviolet light and is not easily yellowed. Although aromatic polyurea has a yellowish color, it is not powdery or cracked, and is resistant to cold, heat, wind, rain, frost, and snow alternating impacts. Outdoor use up to 50 years.
