About This Product

Equipped with a special mechanism similar to the Safety Switching Valve, switching is shockless. "By simply adding this product, your existing preparative separation system will be reborn as a simple recycle preparative system. ■High safety due to special processing

When conventional recycling valves switch the flow path, liquid delivery is temporarily stopped within the valve, which creates back pressure on the entire system and causes the internal pressure of the flow path to become high during that time. This causes the column internal pressure to rise and fall repeatedly, leading to deterioration of column performance and damage to the flow cell of the detector. This product has been specially processed so that the liquid flow inside the valve does not stop when switching, so you can use it with confidence without experiencing any of the troubles mentioned above.

■There is no need to stop the pump's liquid flow when switching, so it is speedy.

To avoid the risks mentioned above, conventional recycling preparative systems require the pump to stop pumping during the changeover and restart it once the changeover is complete. With this product, there is no need to stop the liquid flow, so it does not take such time.

■ Familiar equipment, minimal effort to learn how to use it

When preparing a new recycling separation system, you will need to learn how to use it from scratch. This product adds a valve and reuses familiar equipment, so the effort required is minimal.

■Lower cost than buying a complete system

Purchasing a new complete system is very expensive. If you already have a regular preparative separation system and would like to make it compatible with recycling preparative separation, you can do so with just the cost of this product, which is extremely low cost.

■Can be used for purposes other than liquid chromatography

This product is not exclusively for liquid chromatographs. It can be used for any purpose depending on your idea.
