Injection manual for construction vehicles
■Caution・Do not inject Dream Seal into tires that have been treated with a puncture repair agent or tires that have not had a puncture repaired with an inner patch.
- During the Dream Seal injection process, handling of tires other than injection work is the same as handling regular tires.

■If the viscosity of Dream Seal has increased and it is difficult to inject.Stir the Dream Seals well.

・Attach the pump collar to the pail can and insert the pump to prepare.
・Jack up the tires as necessary to deflate them.
・Remove the valve core and completely deflate the tire.

Handling the infusion pump
■Removal and attachment of the pump nozzleBe sure to close the shutoff valve when not injecting. If you leave it open, you may accidentally release a dream sticker.

■9 ounces per infusion pumpThe infusion pump can inject 9 ounces at a time. For fractions, align the ounce selector with the ounce scale for the fraction, then inject until the ounce selector position is reached.

・Attach the pump nozzle firmly to the tire valve.
・Open the nozzle's shutoff valve and inject the specified injection amount according to the tire size.
・If the remaining amount is low and it is difficult to pour, please inject by holding the pail at an angle.
・After injection, close the nozzle shutoff valve and remove the nozzle.
・If Dream Seal adheres, use an air compressor to blow it off before installing the valve core.
・Fill with air. The air pressure is the standard air pressure.
・Make sure there are no air leaks and put a cap on the tire valve.
・Place the injected sticker in a visible place on the vehicle.
