About This Product
Cleaning device Removes bacteria generated in the washing tank in a short time. We have introduced many systems for cleaning before resist coating, cleaning before film formation, stripping equipment, and developing equipment. Ozone (O3) and ultraviolet (UV) photocatalyst are used simultaneously to decompose bacteria and organic matter through accelerated oxidation treatment (AOP). Unlike chemical sterilization, it does not generate resistant bacteria.
