About This Product
Woodward offers the easYgen family of integrated generator controls, developed based on technology backed by decades of experience and track record in power generation control. We cover all ranges of generator systems, from simple single emergency generators to complex power plant controls with multiple generators (32 units). Power generation systems that tend to be complex can be made simpler and more compact.
■Description
Woodward's easYgen-1000 series is an integrated power generation controller with algorithms and logic optimized for standby or single-gen generation. It automatically performs start/stop control, protective relay function, power relay function, engine monitoring, circuit breaker opening/closing, power supply system switching, system abnormality detection, and periodic test runs. It also features the latest communication interfaces, allowing direct communication with other systems.
You can easily set up easYgen by using the maintenance software ToolKit-SC. Additionally, various parameters can be adjusted from the front panel display.

・Measure the effective value power of three phases
・Driving mode: AUTO, STOP and MANUAL mode. Switching via front panel, contact input or interface
・Remote control using communication interface and contact input
・Direct support for various major engines: Bosch, Cummins, John Deer, MTU, Perkins, Scania, Volvo, Woodward
・Two high capacity (16A) relays for engine cranking and fuel solenoid drive
・Real-time stamped event and data log collection function
・Maintenance schedule timer that can be used flexibly for multiple purposes
・Counters and monitoring for operating hours, number of starts and maintenance schedules
・Switchable parameter set (AC system wiring, rated voltage, rated frequency, rated current, rated power, rated speed)
・Can be used as a pumping unit to display meters (use of relays is prohibited)
- All settings can be made using a PC service tool via USB, RS485 or Ethernet. Password protected.
・Manual operation of the circuit breaker is possible using the front button
・Customize the logo display when the power is turned on and adjust its display time
・Language setting available on the site
