About This Product

The ejector is a simple, low-cost, maintenance-free vacuum pump that uses water pressure and consists of three elements: body, nozzle, and diffuser. The principle of operation is that water injected from a nozzle at high speed causes the pressure to drop below the surrounding area due to the Venturi effect, and surrounding gas flows into this reduced pressure water stream, resulting in a reduced pressure at the suction port. In this way, this ejector allows the use of negative pressure even in factories that do not have main piping for negative pressure, and can be used, for example, to deflate the bladder by forcibly exhausting the residual pressure inside the bladder after tire vulcanization. In addition, by adjusting the water pressure (flow rate) supplied to the ejector, the negative pressure (suction force) can be adjusted.
