About This Product

This steam pressure reducing valve, which is an external pressure reducing valve, can freely reduce the steam pressure on the primary side to the secondary side by remotely controlling the air pressure supplied to the operating air port. By using an external detection type diaphragm with a large pressure-receiving area, it is possible to accurately sense the secondary pressure and react sensitively to the slightest change, enabling highly accurate pressure reduction.

Furthermore, our pressure reducing valve uses the same special resin as the piston valve for its valve body and has a soft seal structure, making it less likely to leak and allowing for micro-pressure control. In addition, since the steam on the primary side exits to the secondary side through the orifice of the center sheet, chattering can be prevented and accurate depressurization can be achieved with gases such as steam that expand greatly. In tire vulcanizers, steam pressure reducing valves are used to reduce the primary steam pressure to shaping pressure and supply it to the bladder.
