About This Product
This piston valve is a valve with a spring return type single-acting air cylinder as the pneumatically actuated drive unit, and there are two types: a two-sided type used for opening and closing the flow path, and a three-sided type used for switching the flow path.
Two squares are normally open (NO), in which the flow path of ports 1-2 is open when operating air is not supplied, and the flow path of ports 1-2 is closed when operating air is not supplied. There are two forms of Normally Closed (NC). In addition, in the case of the 3-square type, when operating air is not supplied, the flow passages of ports 1-2 are closed and the flow passages of ports 2-3 are open, and when operating pressure is supplied, the flow passages of ports 1-2 are opened and the flow passages of ports 2-3 are open. -3 port flow path is closed.
A special feature is that a special resin (carbon fiber PTFE) is used in the stem part that contacts the valve seat of the valve body, which allows it to maintain high sealing performance for a long period of time in the high temperature and high pressure environment required for tire vulcanization. can. It is also designed to facilitate maintenance such as disassembly and assembly for parts replacement.
This valve is used in the internal pressure system, external pressure system, hydraulic system silk, and air system silk in tire vulcanizing machines.
■Easy disassembly and assembly
For easy disassembly and assembly, maintenance has been taken into consideration in every detail, such as the bayonet bridge cylinder installation, tension bolts that do not require special jigs, and the use of locking nuts to secure the valve body.
■Long-life cylinder part
The cylinder part uses an original PTFE seal, which has excellent aging resistance and long life.
■Specially structured gland section that will not leak for a long time
It is made up of two V-packings (material: PTFE) and one wear-resistant V-packing (material: carbon graphite PTFE) placed between them, and a coil placed below the gland packing. Since it is constantly retightened automatically by the spring, it is a Tachibana construction that does not leak for a long time. Additionally, in order to prevent foreign matter from entering the gland packing and extend the life of the packing, a dust seal is installed on the top of the gland packing, and a ring washer is installed on the bottom of the gland packing.
■Outstanding sealing performance
Carbon fiber PTFE with high compressive strength is used for the seat part of the valve body, so it maintains high sealing performance against high temperature and high pressure fluids.
