About This Product

■Summary In the plastics industry, various coatings are applied to provide aesthetics, surface protection, chemical resistance, and stain resistance. Traditionally, two-component urethane paints have been used for automotive interior parts, but in recent years various skin care products, hair care products, etc. have been developed, and for some parts, the prices are so high that it is difficult to use two-component urethane paints. Chemical resistance is now required. In addition, automobile manufacturers are taking environmentally friendly initiatives, and are promoting the switch to toluene/xylene-free paints and water-based paints for automotive paints. The Eco Ultra Vine EC-UV15-line, which was developed to meet these demands, is an environmentally friendly UV-curable paint that has strong chemical resistance and is environmentally friendly (toluene and xylene free), and has high coating stability. This is a paint with an optimized resin composition and solvent composition. ■Features ・Very fast curing speed ・Highly smooth and durable appearance ・High leveling property ・High workability ・Global supply possible ・Content of toluene, xylene, and ethylbenzene each less than 0.1% (weight ratio) ■Recommended thinner Z-EC-P315 Ultra Vine Thinner (Standard type) ■Applicable materials and undercoating ・ABS ・EC-P79-Line (2-component acrylic urethane paint) ■Precautions for use - If foreign substances such as mold release agents adhere to the material, it may cause poor adhesion or repellency, so please wash it before painting. ・Depending on the type of solvent, thinner may cause a decline in physical properties, so be sure to use a dedicated thinner. - Various grades of materials are available, and their properties may differ from the original, so please check before using. ・Be sure to stir evenly before use. When painting, put the diluted paint in a stirring tank and paint while stirring. - Avoid direct sunlight and store paint in a cool, dark place (0-40℃). ・Please note that this paint cannot be recoated once it has completely cured. -This paint contains low-molecular monomers, so there is a concern that it may be irritating to the skin, and depending on your constitution, it may cause a rash. When using it, be sure to wear protective gloves and a mask.
