Musashi Paint Co., Ltd.

About This Product

■Summary

For mobile products such as mobile phones, a UV clear coating is applied as a protective coat on top of the acrylic lacquer paint to improve wear resistance, hardness, and durability. In recent years, there has been a high demand for glossy coatings, and a smoother, more durable appearance is required. In order to meet these requirements, the Ultravine UV82-line is a type that has been given higher smoothness and texture by optimizing the resin composition and solvent composition. Furthermore, when using dark glossy coatings, the appearance deteriorates due to fingerprint marks and the adhesion of sebum, etc., and improvements are needed. In order to meet these requirements, the UV82-AF type has improved anti-fingerprint properties and wiping properties.

■Features

・Very fast curing speed ・Low temperature curing ・Highly smooth and durable appearance ・High leveling property ・Excellent workability ・A grade with anti-fingerprint properties available

■Recommended thinner

・Z-P313 Ultra Vine Thinner (quick drying type) ・Z-P315 Ultra Vine Thinner (Standard type) ・Z-P317 Ultra Vine Thinner (slow drying type)

■Precautions for use

- If foreign substances such as mold release agents adhere to the material, it may cause poor adhesion or repellency, so please wash it before painting. ・Depending on the type of solvent, thinner may cause a decline in physical properties, so be sure to use a dedicated thinner. - Various grades of materials are available, and their properties may differ from the original, so please check before using. ・Be sure to stir evenly before use. When painting, put the diluted paint in a stirring tank and paint while stirring. - Avoid direct sunlight and store paint in a cool, dark place (0-40℃). ・Please note that this paint cannot be recoated once it has completely cured. -This paint contains low-molecular monomers, so there is a concern that it may be irritating to the skin, and depending on your constitution, it may cause a rash.
