About This Product

■Summary In the plastics industry, various coatings are applied to provide aesthetics, surface protection, chemical resistance, and stain resistance. In recent years, rapid advances in information and communication equipment have led to the development of mobile products, including mobile phones. For this reason, plastic is attracting attention as an alternative to metal and glass as products become lighter and more compact. However, mobile devices that are usually carried around require physical properties such as abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, and conventional plastics The acrylic lacquers and acrylic urethane paints that have been used as paints have limitations in their performance. The newly developed Ultravine UV75-Line was developed as a protective coating for mobile phones, and is a paint with superior flexibility and heat resistance compared to the UV72-Line. ■Features ・Very fast curing speed ・Low temperature curing ・Excellent workability ・Excellent flexibility and heat resistance Recommended thinner ■UV75- ・Z-27095 Ultravine Thinner (quick drying, standard type) ・Z-27098 Ultra Vine Thinner (slow drying type) ■UV75-MJ ・Z-27041 Ultra Vine Thinner (quick drying type) ・Z-27071 Ultra Vine Thinner (Standard type) ・Z-27045 Ultra Vine Thinner (slow drying type) Applicable materials and undercoats ■UV75- ・ABS ・PC ・PC/ABS ・736-Line (1-component acrylic lacquer paint) ・P79-, NP79-, KNP79-, UNP79-, GP79- line (2-component acrylic urethane paint) ■UV75-MJ ・ABS ・PC ・PC/ABS ・PMMA ・Aluminum (A1050P, A5052P) ・Metals such as SUS-304 ■Precautions for use - If foreign substances such as mold release agents adhere to the material, it may cause poor adhesion or repellency, so please wash it before painting. ・Depending on the type of solvent, thinner may cause a decline in physical properties, so be sure to use a dedicated thinner. - Various grades of materials are available, and their properties may differ from the original, so please check before using. ・Be sure to stir evenly before use. When painting, put the diluted paint in a stirring tank and paint while stirring.
