About This Product

Polyethylene resin (recycled waste plastic) is used as the coating resin. It combines consideration for the global environment with excellent durability.

■FeaturesThis product has excellent durability and has a low environmental impact as 80wt% of the coating resin is made from recycled waste plastic raw materials.
・Because recycled plastic is used as raw material, it is resistant to water and will not corrode.
・No cracks occur due to freezing.
- Steel pipes and aluminum pipes are used as the core material, providing sufficient strength for vehicle fences and P-class fences.
・No fading or peeling of the paint film.
- The raw material itself contains pigments, so there is almost no fading or deterioration due to ultraviolet rays.
・Excellent flying sand resistance.

■Material variations・PG type [continuous extrusion molding]
Galvanized steel pipe is coated with polyethylene resin and processed to look like a sawfish. It has a texture similar to natural wood, and is lighter and easier to construct than concrete wood. It does not crack, chip, discolor, or peel, and is highly durable and resistant to flying sand. Additionally, the inner layer uses polyethylene resin (recycled waste plastic). (Some PG types, such as ultra-light steps, use aluminum tubes as the core material.)

・E cheek type [continuous extrusion molding]
Like the PG type, this is a galvanized steel pipe coated with polyethylene resin and finished in a log-like shape. Finished in a bright color with a nice texture, it has good visibility and excellent durability. Additionally, the inner layer uses polyethylene resin (recycled waste plastic).

・Reco Oak type [continuous extrusion molding]
A new product that uses our unique processing technology to more realistically express the warm texture and texture of natural wood. It has the strength, safety, durability and water resistance required for a fence, and is lightweight and easy to maintain. Additionally, the inner layer uses polyethylene resin (recycled waste plastic).

・PW type [injection molding]
Made from polyethylene resin, it is shaped from raw wood to create a texture similar to natural wood. Galvanized steel pipes are used as the core material for strength members such as protective fences. It is highly durable, lightweight, and has excellent workability. Polyethylene resin (recycled waste plastic) is used for the coating resin. (Some PW types do not use steel pipes for the core material, such as five-row curbs.)
