About This Product

These are small and thin road studs that fit within the outside line width.

■Small design with external diameter φ115 x h15mm

These are small, thin road studs that can be installed on roads where it was previously impossible to install visual guide markers, such as roads without sidewalks or narrow roadside roads. Especially suitable for small roads such as prefectural roads and municipal roads. Additionally, the GL height is 15mm, which is lower than the standard curb edge dimension of 20mm. It is designed to reduce impact even when a bicycle rides on it.

■Made of aluminum alloy for excellent durability

Made of aluminum alloy, it can withstand the load and impact of a 20t vehicle. It can be installed on road surfaces where vehicles are likely to run over, which is not possible with conventional resin products.

■Excellent reflective performance and durability

The reflector section is equipped with a "Swareflex reflector" that boasts excellent reflective brightness as standard. The Swareflex reflector is a reflector made from a special precision glass material manufactured by Swarovski in Austria, and its unique spherical shape provides excellent retroreflective ability, ensuring high visibility in all 360° directions. .

■Easy construction

- Full-circle reflection eliminates the need to position the reflection direction relative to the vehicle. - Drilling can be performed instead of core removal, reducing construction costs. ・The external design has been devised to reduce the cleaning effort when the adhesive protrudes.

■Features of Swareflex reflector

1. Reflective glass with precise optical design exhibits high reflective performance even at long distances. 2.The convex shape retroreflects incident light from a wide range. 3.Since glass is used as the optical element, it is durable and scratch-resistant, and it is easy to clean as it does not carry static electricity.

■Recommended installation location

・On the outside line of a small road without a sidewalk ・Small roads without lighting (outer lines, center lines) ・Before the stop line without lights or traffic lights ・On the outside line of a small road facing a residential area ・Centered on small intersections in residential complexes ・Above the curb and the edge of the curb where many vehicles run over *Please use our exclusive adhesive Road Bond for construction.
