About This Product
Equipped with an advanced 12μm infrared detector and state-of-the-art manufacturing process and quality inspection, it provides 640 high-resolution thermal images with a high sensitivity of 35mK. Even the smallest hot spots can be easily detected.
It also has a narrow field of view of 23°, which is approximately 2.4 times the optical zoom and a wide viewing angle of 56°, making it more suitable for medium/long-range measurements. The temperature measurement range has been expanded to 650℃, which can be used more widely in industrial fields such as electrical inspection, electronic circuit design, HVAC, industrial production, petrochemical engineering, new energy batteries, and solar power generation.
■Upgraded 640 type core Intelligent display of minute targets
- Equipped with iRay's latest 12μm infrared detector, cutting-edge manufacturing processes and quality inspections provide 640 high-resolution thermal images with a high sensitivity of 35mK. In addition, with up to 8x digital zoom, you can work efficiently without missing any details of the temperature.
- Compared to the traditional 17μm process, the advanced 12μm process results in lower power consumption and overall smaller size of the thermal module. With the same resolution/measurement distance, the physical focal length of the lens can be reduced by 1.4 times, making the product lighter and longer lasting.
■Capture smaller hotspots further away with superior spatial resolution
With an excellent spatial resolution of 0.63 mrad, you can easily capture even small targets and measure long distances without missing any temperature details.
■ Measure wisely and process simply
・You can set the upper and lower temperature limits of the isotherm line as you like and understand the area distribution of the relevant temperature section at a glance.
- By embedding temperature data in video files, it supports secondary analysis of video files by PC software, improving flexibility for later data analysis and research.
・Supports the definition, import/send of daily inspection tasks, improves the work efficiency of engineers, and simplifies the task distribution process, promoting more efficient business management for the entire team.
・The line temperature measurement tool displays the relative temperature trend of each point on the line in real time, allowing you to observe temperature distribution and changes in real time.
