About This Product

Features

■Lightweight and compact

- Lightweight model weighing 113g, approximately 30% less than the current product (MAR). - Compact size that does not get in the way even when attached to the spray gun. ・As it is digital, pressure adjustment is easy and easy to see.

■Stability of air usage and pressure

- By equipping the gun with a regulator, it is not affected by pressure fluctuations (approximately 0.2MPa) between ON and OFF loads of the compressor, and painting can be performed with a constant pressure and air usage. ・Even if you are using a transformer, etc., if you are using multiple air devices, the pressure and air usage will fluctuate depending on the ON/OFF of other devices, and the painting conditions may change. Although it is not stable, it is possible to paint with a constant pressure and air usage by using a regulator.

■Differences from air volume regulator

Air volume regulators basically have a needle mechanism and adjust the air volume by adjusting the gap through which the air passes. Therefore, since air passes through a constant gap in response to pressure fluctuations, the amount of air changes. The regulator uses a diaphragm mechanism to maintain a constant pressure despite fluctuations in the source pressure, making it possible to spray at a constant pressure without changing the amount of air, resulting in stable painting conditions.

■Button battery type

It has a safe design that turns on the power when it detects a pressure of 0.02 MPa or more, and turns it off when it detects a pressure of 0.02 MPa or less. If the power is kept on, the power will turn off after about two weeks. (24H x 14 days = 336H *8H/day = 42 days)
