About This Product

New type air motor MA-G・MA-S・MA-P
■Piston type air motor adoptedThe piston-type air motor MA24 is used, which enables smooth startup at lower pressure than conventional vane motors, stabilizes rotation at low speeds (100 to 150 min-1), and improves operability.

■Uses stainless steel bladesThe wetted parts (impeller/shaft) are made of stainless steel, and can be used with all kinds of paints, whether water-based or solvent-based. Surface electropolishing treatment improves the appearance and cleanability compared to conventional aluminum blades.

■Ideal for low to medium viscosityIn order to optimally agitate low to medium viscosity paint with a piston-type air motor, a sealing material is used on the piston inside the motor to suppress air leaks and stabilize at low pressures.

■Reduce air consumptionAir consumption has been reduced by 60% compared to the conventional vane type due to improved efficiency due to the sealing material in the piston.

stirring blade
■Three blades (MA-S, MA-P, MAF-2)This is a discharge type blade with a blade outer diameter of Φ160mm, a blade width of 32mm, and a blade inclination angle of 45 degrees, making it suitable for stationary stirring. MA-S and MA-P are made of stainless steel (electrolytically polished), and MAF-2 is made of aluminum as standard.

■Chrysanthemum feathers (MAH-1A, MA-G)The outer diameter of the blade is Φ116 mm, and the shear blade is bent vertically at 90 degrees alternately, making it suitable for hand (mobile) type stirring. Standard equipment on MAH-1A and MA-G. (Made of stainless steel)

■Opening/closing blade (MA-G-K)The blade opens only when it is rotated, so insert it into the paint outlet of an 18L paint can and stir. Since there is no need to cut the top plate, you can store paint in small portions. MAH-1A, MA-G options (stainless steel)
