- Has a large cup capacity and a structure that allows for good paint flow, making it extremely workable. ・Equipped with an air flow control valve to ensure stable coating without uneven spraying. ・Continuous spraying is now possible by adopting a valve button lock type.

■Guidelines for selecting a spray gun for architectural painting

Decide the spray gun and paint nozzle diameter based on the paint name, paint viscosity, aggregate size, and pattern.

■Size of aggregate

・Type: Silica sand, Kansui stone, sand, ceramic crushed grain----1 mesh = 0.3mm, 50 mesh = 279μm ・Example: Salt = 100μm, hair = 70μm, granular detergent 25μm, toothpaste 10μm, bacteria 2μm

■About viscosity

・Ricin: 2,000 to 3,000 mPa・s (diluted to 1,000 to 1,500 mPa・s when spraying) ・Tile: 30,000mPa・s (diluted to 15,000mPa・s when spraying) ・Stucco: 30,000mPa・s (Use undiluted solution when spraying)
