About This Product

■Features

-Equipped with an S (ST) type air cap as a close-range painting gun, ideal for painting mobile phones, IT equipment, etc. with a small amount of spray. ・Maintenance is improved by separating the body.

■Atomization performance

・Analysis by simulation - By increasing the flow velocity in the atomization area using the nozzle tip taper system, the atomizing air contacts the paint at supersonic speed, making it possible to smoothly atomize the paint, achieving high atomization with a small amount of air. ・High-quality painting is possible with less scattering, less paint buildup at the tip, and less scattering of coarse particles.

■Proximity painting

- Designed with a small amount of air for painting with a small amount of spray. - Efficiently atomizes particles by suppressing scattering. - Prevents rippled painted surfaces due to shortened spray distance. ・Highly dispersive air cap. ・High quality coating is possible. ・Improve coating efficiency and reduce paint usage.

■Remote control

- Since the atomization air and pattern air are independent, settings and adjustments can be centrally managed from outside the booth. - Pattern can be changed during painting. ・Pattern adjustment can be controlled by pressure and can be changed freely depending on the work size.

■Separate structure

・The body (paint circuit) can be completely separated and disassembled using 4 bolts. ・The body (paint circuit) can be soaked and washed, so you can save time by preparing a spare. ・SUS specifications are also available for water-based paints (compatible with standard specifications).

■Paint circuit with little stagnation

By taking into account sedimentation paints and reducing flow resistance, stagnation and accumulation, defects such as splatter on painted objects are reduced.
