About This Product

■Features-Equipped with an S (ST) type air cap as a close-range painting gun, ideal for painting mobile phones, IT equipment, etc. with a small amount of spray.
・Maintenance is improved by separating the body.
- The FAD type has a built-in air valve and is lightweight, and if the SUS specification is used, the body of the wetted part is made of stainless steel and can be used with water-based paints.

■Proximity painting- Designed with a small amount of air for painting with a small amount of spray.
- Efficiently atomizes particles by suppressing scattering.
- Prevents rippled painted surfaces due to shortened spray distance.

■Remote control- Since the atomization air and pattern air are independent, settings and adjustments can be centrally managed from outside the booth.
- Pattern can be changed during painting.

■Separate structure・The body (paint circuit) can be completely separated and disassembled using 4 bolts.
・The body (paint circuit) can be soaked and washed, so you can save time by preparing a spare.
・SUS specifications are also available for water-based paints (compatible with standard specifications).

■Energy saving and compact size・The operation circuit has been simplified and operability has been improved. 40% lighter than our previous model (FA type). The quickness of gun operation has been improved.
