About This Product

■ Concept and characteristics of low-pressure atomizing spray gun- In low-pressure atomizing spray guns, the internal pressure of the air cap is low and the air hole in the cap is large, so the air flow rate becomes extremely weak when the air is released.
・This slows down the speed of paint particles and increases the amount of paint that forms a film without bouncing back when it hits the painted object, improving coating efficiency.
- Due to this action, it is possible to reduce paint consumption by 15 to 30% compared to general-purpose guns.
- By reducing paint scattering and splashing, it is possible to improve the painting work environment and extend the spray booth maintenance cycle.

■High coating efficiency, low scattering, friendly to people and the environment, and cost reduction・Achieves excellent atomization with extremely low pressure inside the air cap (0.07MPa for pressure feeding/suction type, 0.05MPa for gravity type).
