About This Product

■Recommended users: Good news for those worried about dust environment

・The dust filter (DD-800A/DDL-840) gets clogged quickly and the element needs to be replaced frequently. Moreover, the element will be damaged. ・The oil deteriorates quickly, turning black, and the entire amount of oil needs to be replaced frequently, so we want to reduce replacement costs. - Regular maintenance is difficult because the compressor is running 24 hours a day. - Frequency of replacement and maintenance is high, as the compressor body is repeatedly replaced every 1 to 2 years. Features

■Two-stage collection filter

- Dust in the air is separated through a screen filter and further filtered with an element. - Dust attached to the screen filter can be shaken off and washed with water, allowing continued use without replacement. ・The element is large, has a large filtration area, and has a screen filter that separates dust for long maintenance.

■High collection ability

・Screen filter separates air and dust by inertial dust removal and collision separation. ・The element has a collection efficiency of 70% for 1μm particles and 100% for 5μm particles. (Wind speed 3m/min) Explosion-proof specification with anti-static properties made by vapor-depositing SUS on non-woven polyester fibers. - The element frame is made of stainless steel and is resistant to rust.

■Reduction of suction noise

Compared to a compressor equipped with a conventional dust filter (DD-800A), suction noise is reduced.

■About equipment

The installation area is 500mm x 500mm. It can be installed anywhere within 2m from the manifold, such as to the left, right, or in front of the compressor.

■Reduced oil change frequency

By reducing the frequency of oil changes, the effort required for oil changes (change time, waste oil disposal) is significantly reduced.

■Notes

・Multiple air compressors cannot be connected to the box-type dustproof filter. - When used in continuous operation, the hose may vibrate greatly during unloading operation. In that case, fix the hose to reduce vibration or use it in intermittent operation.
