About This Product

■Summary

With this device, the milk formula water production device is housed in a unit under the table, making it possible to manufacture formula water and prepare milk in a space-saving manner. Sterilized water through ultra-precise filtration is heated and sterilized to produce high-quality formula water. It is also possible to add a formula water measuring function, a formula stirring function, and a formula dispensing function, allowing you to perform safe and accurate formula work with a single machine. We have prepared milk formula water manufacturing tank capacities of 20L to 70L.

■Features

・Uses the ultra-precise filter Stellapore RC (polyethylene porous hollow fiber membrane EHF) to reliably capture bacteria and submicron particles in the water. Furthermore, due to the substrate properties of the polyethylene material, pyrogens and hydrophobic harmful organic substances can be effectively removed. Furthermore, by automatically performing heating sterilization, cooling, and heat retention, completely sterile, odorless, chlorine-free formula water can be obtained. ・Water storage tanks are available from 20L to 70L. ・Water temperature can be set arbitrarily in 1°C increments from 70°C to 95°C. ・Maintains a heat sterilized state, and sterilizes all the way to the end of the piping by sending high-temperature water before use. ・Then, the formula is rapidly cooled and kept at the optimum temperature of 70℃. ・A water pump is built-in, which ensures a water head of approximately 2m, and at the same time, stirs the inside of the tank during heating to eliminate temperature unevenness. -A 24-hour timer is programmed and can be operated automatically at any time of the day. ・You can install a clean unit (-C (optional) in the model number) to perform milk preparation work in an even cleaner environment. *A touch display will be added as an option.
