・The computer calculates the sterilization time. Self-calculates sterilization time regardless of temperature changes by inputting the 'F value' suitable for sterilizing milk. You get the best control for guaranteed sterilization. Control by sterilization temperature and sterilization time is also reliable.
・There are 4 driving menus. There are four operation menus: general sterilization, constant temperature sterilization, terminal sterilization, and school lunch, which can be easily selected using the touch display.
- Sterilization, sterilization, and drying conditions can be easily changed. You can input your desired programs such as sterilization temperature, sterilization temperature, terminal sterilization temperature, sterilization/sterilization time, cooling temperature, F value control, etc.
・Use sterile water for cooling during final sterilization.
・Dust-free sterilization is possible using pure steam.
- Check the driving status at a glance. The LCD color touch display allows for easy interactive operation. In the event of an emergency, the equipment will be placed in a safe state, the operator will be notified, and multiple abnormality displays will reliably prevent poor sterilization.
・Reliable slide lock door. Combined with the moving gasket, the door can be securely tightened, eliminating the need for heavy lifting.
・Equipped with various safety mechanisms for handling. Start-up interlock to check door tightness, door malfunction prevention mechanism during operation, door release prevention mechanism to check residual pressure inside can at completion, power outage processing program, abnormal high voltage emergency avoidance circuit, etc. Our motto is "safely and completely".
