About This Product

■High quality

With a stable supply of high-purity pure steam, sterilization and sterilization can be performed using sterilizers, sterilizers, and sterilizers.

■Space saving

All necessary equipment including control panel and piping are placed inside the unit. Achieved 20% space savings compared to our conventional products.

■Features

- Gas-liquid separation structure prevents entrainment of droplets and stabilizes generated pressure. In addition, by making the supply water and pure steam piping sanitary, it is possible to supply highly pure, sterile, and pure steam. - Designed in compliance with GMP, the evaporator uses a double tube plate type. The liquid film method enables quick start-up and can follow the generated vapor pressure. ・Steam quality (steam dryness, degree of superheat, non-condensable gas concentration) complies with HTM2010 and ISO/TS17665-2 standards (depending on feed water quality)
