■Summary

Raw water is made into pure water by passing it through the internal water purifier, and the pure water is forcibly heated using the steam as a heat source and can be instantly used as pure steam.
■Features
・The gas-liquid separation structure removes entrained liquid droplets and adjusts the generated pressure to generate excellent sterile and dust-free steam.
・There is no adhesion of foreign matter droplets from the object container or sterilizer.
- Designed in compliance with US FDA CGMP, the evaporator is a double tube plate type.
・The heating steam consumption is designed to be controlled by the pressure of the generated steam. This is an energy-saving type where the amount of water supplied and the amount of blow water are proportional.
・The amount of steam generated can be freely adjusted within the range of 1 to 100%. A preheater and heating can can be installed in advance (optional), and the evaporator and canner are liquid film type, so they start up in about 1 minute. Therefore, intermittent motion is possible and it is easy to follow the generated steam pressure.
・If you install an RO water production device and a condenser, you can obtain distilled water for pharmacopoeial injections. (optional)
