About This Product
Fluorinated grease is a high-performance grease that uses fluorinated oil and fluorinated resin (PTFE), which is chemically extremely stable and inert.
■Reason for high functionality
Fluorine oil and fluororesin, which are the raw materials for fluorine grease, have strong bonds (C-F bonds) made up of carbon and fluorine. The C-F bond has an extremely stable structure due to its high bond energy and exhibits various unique properties.
Fluorine grease is composed of fluorine compounds with C-F bonds, and is extremely thermally and chemically stable, with excellent heat resistance and acid resistance, compared to hydrocarbon-based greases with C-H bonds. It also has features such as chemical resistance and does not affect rubber or resin, and is used in many fields such as automobiles, industrial machinery, office equipment, and semiconductors.
