■In addition to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, maintenance periods can be greatly extended.
Introducing the "SH series" stainless steel bearings with an alignment function manufactured by Nankai Seikosho, which is handled by Daiki Sangyo. By adding an alignment function to conventional stainless steel bearings, it is possible to tolerate deflection of rollers and shafts. In addition to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, maintenance periods can be greatly extended.
Since it uses SUS440C stainless steel, it is suitable for corrosive environments, clean rooms, food machinery, etc.

・Reduces abnormal loads on bearings by aligning errors in the shaft center caused by deflection or poor installation of shafts such as conveyor rollers.
・Shield/seal can be used, making it suitable for environments with a lot of dust, dust, and liquids such as cleaning fluids.
・Main dimensions are the same (with some exceptions) as JIS standard 6200, 6300, 1200, and 1300 series, so replacement is easy.
・Compared to conventional SUJ2 bearing steel self-aligning ball bearings, it is superior in many aspects.
