Introducing the heat-resistant stainless steel bearings/heat-resistant hybrid bearings made by Nankai Seikosho that Daiki Sangyo handles. "Heat-resistant stainless steel bearings" are bearings made of SUS440C stainless steel, which has superior heat resistance than SUJ2 bearing steel, and is filled with fluorine-based heat-resistant grease.
"Heat-resistant hybrid bearings" have a longer lifespan than heat-resistant stainless steel bearings by incorporating ceramic balls.

■Heat-resistant stainless steel bearing
・SUS440C stainless steel has a smaller hardness reduction rate and dimensional change in high temperature environments than SUJ2 bearing steel.
・SUS440C stainless steel has superior oxidation resistance, which is significantly affected by high-temperature environments, compared to SUJ2 bearing steel.
・Achieves lubrication under high temperatures by filling with fluorine-based heat-resistant grease.
■Heat-resistant hybrid bearing
・Hybrid type that incorporates ceramic balls into SUS440C stainless steel inner and outer rings.
・Ceramic balls suppress internal heat generation and extend grease life.
・Long life reduces running costs
