A high-rigidity, high-precision, and high-speed oil-free bearing with an integrated structure of a unique porous sintered layer and back metal.

・Friction coefficient = (nearly equal) zero (air resistance only) and no stick-slip, allowing ultra-high precision positioning control.
・Using our unique porous technology, we can configure the optimal aperture, achieving high load capacity and high bearing rigidity.
・The back metal and sintered layer have an integrated structure, which simplifies processing and can be manufactured at an economical cost.
Various features can be obtained by forming an air film between the shaft and bearing and allowing movement without contact. There is no stick-slip caused by solid friction. Can handle high speed rotation. Also, high accuracy is achieved due to the averaging effect of air.
