About This Product

The hopper concentrator is installed inside the inlet hopper, which is the raw material input port of the screw press. The rotation of the drum with a screen separates water while the dehydrated raw material passes over the drum surface and feeds the concentrated raw material to the screw press. Suitable for low-fiber sludge such as surplus sludge and raw materials with weak coagulation strength.

■Compact dehydration systemIt is installed inside the raw material inlet hopper of the dehydrator, integrating concentration and dehydration, making the entire system compact and requiring significantly less space.

■Improve the ability of screw pressIt is possible to increase the inlet concentration of the screw press by 3% to 5%, leading to increased capacity of the screw press.

■Can be retrofitted to existing screw pressesIt is easy to replace the supply hopper of an existing machine, and there is no need for complicated modification work. We also sell retrofits separately.
