About This Product

The HC-RST has a cylindrical outer screen drum and a built-in screw that are each driven in opposite rotation directions by separate variable speed drive devices. By changing these speeds, the residence time and filtration area of ​​the raw material in the HC-RST can be adjusted, making it possible to maintain the outlet concentration (screw press inlet concentration) in an optimal state. Depending on the throughput, the diameter and length of the HC-RST drum can be adjusted to single or double types.

■Reducing flocculant and increasing concentration

By efficiently controlling the screw rotation speed, it is possible to reduce the amount of flocculant by 20% to 50% compared to conventional RST, and it is now possible to improve and stabilize the outlet concentration by 5% to 10%. Ta.

■Freely control outlet concentration

Since the residence time of the raw material can be freely controlled by the rotational speed of the screw, a high concentration at the outlet can be obtained. This makes it possible to downsize the screw press and increase processing capacity when combined with existing machines.

■Improved ability to handle difficult-to-dewater sludge

By controlling the rotation speed of the screw press and adjusting the outlet concentration, it is now possible to process raw materials that would be difficult to operate with a single screw press.

■Increase throughput

It has approximately 1.5 times the processing capacity of conventional products.

■Improved durability and use of anti-rust agent

By making the contact surface between the rotor shaft and drum wider (3.5 times that of conventional products), the lifespan has been significantly extended. In addition, there is no need to worry about corrosion due to the all-stainless steel construction.

■Enhancement of shower equipment

We have further strengthened the shower device to prevent clogging of the screen drum.

■Improve the ability of screw press

This makes it possible to increase the concentration at the inlet of the screw press, making it possible to downsize the screw press.
