About This Product

A screw is installed inside the cylindrical outer cylinder covered with a screen, and the screw pipe gradually becomes thicker toward the exit, and as it is conveyed by rotation, the volume gradually decreases, compressing the input raw material. It has a structure that dehydrates the water.

There is a back pressure device pressed by a spring (pneumatic or hydraulic types are also available) at the discharge part of the dehydrated raw material, which keeps the raw material at a predetermined concentration. Depending on the dehydrated raw material, there are some raw materials whose removal rate can be improved by supplying steam inside the screw and heating the raw material with indirect heating.
