About This Product

The "Probe Card Analyzer" is an inspection device that uses image processing and a unique correction method to achieve positioning and measurement accuracy on the order of um. Since contact measurement is performed for each needle individually, even needles that are shorted to other needles within the board can be measured correctly. Additionally, software-based rotation and offset correction functions eliminate the need for adjustments such as standard alignment when setting the workpiece, and inspections can be started immediately after installation.
