About This Product

■Proposal of a system that locally humidifies clean booths

Conventional steam-type and spray-type humidifiers have problems in locally humidifying the inside of a booth. The problem with conventional humidifiers is that water droplets adhere to machines and products near the humidifier, causing them to rust. If the steam type is used, the temperature inside the booth will rise and the environment will be poor. In the case of a clean booth, the ventilation air volume is too high and the humidification capacity is insufficient. and so on. Additionally, if there is a heat generating device in the booth, the temperature will rise, making it difficult to increase the humidity even when humidified. However, a local humidification system using Clean Wetter® humidifies by blowing moist air, so water droplets do not adhere to machines or products. In order to absorb the heat of vaporization from the intake air, air that has been cooled by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius is blown, so the temperature inside the booth does not rise, and therefore the humidity tends to rise. An ideal environment can be created for these reasons.
