About This Product

■Humidifier

Our humidifier is a multi-functional humidifier that uses a "no-water droplet method" to solve all the problems of conventional models (water spray type and steam type). The basics of "static electricity countermeasures" and "influenza countermeasures" are to maintain humidity at 50%.

■Characteristics of Clean Wetter® CR type

It retains the features of the Clean Wetter® series, but is equipped with a quasi-HEPA filter.

■Wet air method that produces no water droplets or steam

Traditional humidifiers emit mist (water droplets) or steam, which can cause a variety of problems. For example, water droplets can cause production equipment to rust, and steam can corrode building interior materials. Clean Wetter® is an ideal humidifier that solves these problems.

■Equipped with a quasi-HEPA filter

Equipped with a quasi-HEPA filter for clean rooms. Since it uses a damp air method, there is no need to worry about the filter getting wet. The differential pressure gauge will also notify you when it is time to replace the filter.

■Contributes to improved process cleanliness

Since the air in the process is constantly circulated, it also contributes to improving the cleanliness of the process.

■Proportional control is also possible (optional)

Strict humidity control is possible by proportionally controlling the spray water using an electric valve. *Standard is ON/OFF control.

■Super energy-saving humidification method

Unlike the steam type, direct energy is not required for humidification, so it is very advantageous in terms of running costs.

■With automatic drainage device

To keep the circulating water tank clean at all times, we are equipped with a system that automatically replaces the circulating water with new water.

■Can be changed to pure water specification (optional)

When using pure water for humidification water supply, we recommend installing a "pure water specification" with valves made of stainless steel. *The weight of the product in parentheses is the weight of each product when divided into two parts. *50Hz area is equipped with an inverter. *We recommend using pure water for the humidifying water supply for this machine. If tap water is used, the life of the quasi-HEPA filter and blower may be shortened.
