About This Product

Clean Shot has a proven track record of cleaning hundreds of plastic processing machine parts such as screws, breaker plates, nozzles, and dies. A non-heating blast cleaning device was created based on that experience. Ideal for cleaning parts adhered to polymers such as fluororesin and PVC that generate strong corrosive gas when heated. Features

■Easy to operate

Set the target parts in the blast box and put the abrasive material into the pressurized tank. Press the foot pedal to spray the abrasive material from the nozzle onto the workpiece. Operation is as simple as pressing the pedal.

■Space saving

It has a compact structure with an integrated dust collector, so it does not take up much space.

■Safety

The abrasive material is not scattered because it is sprayed inside the blast box. Additionally, since the process is performed at room temperature, the target parts will not deteriorate due to heat. The abrasive material is made of plastic and has a pressure of about 0.5 MPa, so there is no need to worry about peeling off the plating or damaging parts.

■Economy

The sprayed abrasive material is recycled and used. Since the abrasive material is automatically returned to the pressurized tank, the work time for filling the abrasive material can be shortened.

■Processing process

・Abrasive material is sprayed from the nozzle, and the impact removes the polymer stuck to the workpiece. ・The peeled polymer and abrasive material are automatically separated within the device. After collection, the abrasive material is returned to the pressurized tank and reused. ・The peeled polymer and finely divided abrasive material are collected by the attached dust collector and trap.
