About This Product

Clean Shot" is a product originally developed by Tabata Machine Industry, which consists of a carbonization furnace and an air blast device. Clean Shot's carbonization furnace heats and carbonizes the polymer that is fixed to the metal in a sealed furnace, so no smoke is released outside the furnace. After carbonization, the stuck polymer is removed by spraying abrasive material from an air blast device. Features

■Reduction of work time

Air blasting equipment work, which is done by hand, takes about 2 to 5 minutes, even for complex shapes.

■Can handle even complex shapes

By using beads made of fine particles, it is now possible to clean the inside of narrow, long holes, curved holes, and parts with complex shapes where brushes and instruments cannot be used.

■Less impact on parts

Since the processing temperature of the carbonization furnace can be freely set up to a maximum of 600℃, it is now possible to suppress the effects on parts.

■Highly safe and environmentally friendly

Since it is not a combustion method, harmful substances are less likely to be released into the atmosphere, and the residue generated after removal can be treated as general industrial waste.

■The device is compact and easy to handle

No smoke exhaust duct equipment required. You can use it immediately by simply connecting power and dry air. item
