About This Product

■Summary

Environmentally friendly water-based heat conductive paint. Unlike the solvent-based "SRC-2" and "SRC-3", this is a water-based paint that does not contain solvents and is environmentally friendly. Also, since it does not use thinner, it is easy to handle.

■Coating film function

・Heat conduction, heat dissipation, heat absorption ・Heat-resistant temperature: 150℃ or less ・Type of coating material: Various metals, plastics (excluding PET and PP) ・Coating surface: Matte, black and gray

■About painting

Stir thoroughly before use.

■Surface treatment

・Clean the surface. In particular, remove oil completely. ・Sanding is necessary as it tends to cause cissing. ・In case of further leakage, use special thinner for dilution.

■Painting method

Brush coating, roller coating, and spray coating are all possible, but spray coating is best because it is highly chicosotropic and brush marks and roller marks are likely to appear.
