About This Product
MICROSPARK is manufactured according to customer specifications, with the number of control axes ranging from 2 to 7. This is a dedicated machine with a servo motor and computer system that can perform tip machining and groove machining. It is designed as a general-purpose type for accurately and efficiently machining PCD tools, and performs tip machining, groove machining, etc.
MICROSPARK has been involved in the production of PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tools for many years, and has played an important role in the production of tools such as bits, tipped saws, cutters, and routers. We have developed an electric discharge machine for the MICROSPARK series that is specialized for manufacturing small diameter tools in response to new needs. This is an electric discharge machine that can easily, accurately, and quickly manufacture PCD small-diameter tools that have been difficult to manufacture.
■Easy-to-operate control system
MICROSPARK's control system is a servo motor/computer system, and the operator can manufacture tools by simply inputting numerical values on the screen for each process without having to create a program.
■Originally developed discharge power supply/power mode
We have produced various PCD tools for many users at MICROSPARK, and based on the experience we have cultivated there, we have created a new discharge power supply specialized for the production of small-diameter PCD tools, and set a powerful and fine discharge mode. We offer new tool manufacturing.
