By using solid cypress and cedar wood, we can create designs that take advantage of the grain of natural wood on the walls and ceilings of large-scale facilities. We conduct product inspections using our own corn calorimeter machine. We are proud of its high quality, which has cleared the non-combustibility standards set by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

We are able to manufacture non-combustible wood that meets your needs, starting from raw wood procurement. Non-flammable certification is available for thicknesses of 12 mm or more, and non-flammable certification for painting is available for thicknesses of 18 mm or more.

■Quality control using corn calorimeter machineHe owns a cone calorimeter machine, which is said to have been introduced by few private companies. By conducting in-house tests from time to time, we confirm its performance as a noncombustible material, and strive to improve the reliability of our products from our customers and our internal quality.

■UsageIt is mainly suitable for use as interior materials such as paneling, louvers, and parting materials. Please refrain from using the product outdoors or in humid areas, as this increases the risk of efflorescence.

■About efflorescence phenomenonEfflorescence is a phenomenon in which components of non-combustible chemicals precipitate on the wood surface as the wood absorbs and releases moisture. Efflorescence is more likely to occur in humid environments, such as areas that are constantly exposed to the outside air. If efflorescence occurs, we recommend wiping it with a tightly wrung out cloth or coating the surface with urethane paint to prevent efflorescence.
